Today, we’ll show you how to build and develop a basic 300 x 250 pixel ad picture for Google Advertising.
Artboard size set to 600px (width) and 500px (height), depending on the ad image size ratio. You should ensure the units when you creating a new artboard. The unit px (Pixels) should be used as our unit of measurement. Then press the Ok button.
That is easy, right?
To import an image into your artboard, you should go to file > place… to select the image you wish to use for your ads design. Next, we will be positioning a product picture and resizing it within the artboard until it fits the scale of the artboard. By using the rectangle method we can easily drag and hover to edit our content on the product picture.
We can change our text and place it on the rectangle. The type of font is a key factor for providing visual effect to the tourist. We attempted to mix the title with a serif font, and the text with a sans-serif font.
After the text has been placed and updated we may attach some shapes and icons to enhance the overall picture. As a consequence the ad image will look like the figure below.
Last but not least, we need to be aware of the size of the image file to ensure it can be uploaded to Google Ads according to the limitation that does not exceed 150 KB per size of the image file.
In windows we will click a shortcut key (shift + ctrl + alt + s) to save the picture for website purposes. You may change the image size by inserting a new value inside the image size row. We may verify the scale of the picture file by looking at the panel’s left underside.
